      HI, I'M CHARLOTTE MARSHALL


      ​I'm your local Columbia Valley Realtor® with years of Mountain Living experience.



      Growing up in Panorama Mountain Village taught me the key to mountain living. Not a day goes by that I don’t appreciate my surroundings. In the winter we ski well and après even better. In the summer the biking, hiking, golfing, paddleboarding and boating is epic! I am passionate about this lifestyle. I live in Panorama full time with my family and have such a tight connection with this community. 


      Whether you want to buy your first home, purchase a second, third, fourth home, invest in real estate or sell your property I would love to assist you.

      From Customer Service to Real Estate

      Through many years in the service industry and later restaurant management, I quickly learnt that my focus on excellent customer service and commitment to hard work could also bring me success in real estate. Soon after completing my Travel and Tourism Diploma through SAIT and before becoming a Realtor, I had a career in money management. At this point in my professional life I was the assistant to an investment advisor. Through completion of financial planning courses and years of mentorship, I gained valuable knowledge in money management, mortgages, insurance, estate planning and real estate as an investment. I believe these career experiences in finance and customer service have pathed the way for me to become a more well-rounded Realtor.

      How Real Estate Became my Passion

      ​

      After purchasing my first home I knew that real estate was in my future. I found the whole process exciting and eye opening. My partner and I have since purchased a 2nd home which we currently rent out. Each of these property investment projects have given us a unique experience including rezoning the lots, property renovation, and construction of a legal suite. All real estate transactions interest me! Each and every one is unique with its own intricacies. Due to my own personal real estate transactions I know what my clients are looking for in their Realtor. Through quality service and effective communication I will build and maintain a relationship with you. Together we will navigate your unique real estate journey.
