When selling your property it helps to have an understanding of the legal issues you will face throughout the process. Consulting me to help you sell will help to ensure you don't make a wrong move that could result in extra cost, frustration or even a lost sale. I will work with you throuout the entire selling process to ensure you have a successful and smooth experience.

Exsposure and marketing is key!

I use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other channels such as social media to ensure you property has maximum exposure. I also have access to many contacts and potential buyers that I can share your property with even before it reaches the major marketing streams.

I will work with you to develop a marketing strategy that suits you and your property. This could include social media, paper based advertising, or a for sale sign on your property to name a few. Whatever strategy we decide on, I will work to have as many eyes on your property as possible.

Setting a Price

When it comes to setting a price for your home or property it can be a daunting and difficult task. I know how the market works and have experience to help you set a price that is both realistic and matches your goals. I can also help screen potential buyers so that only serious buyers view your home. 

Once you accept an offer on your home or property I will help you execute all the paperwork correctly, and ensure that you and your buyer meet all of the conditions outlined in the agreement.
